Ok, here's whats gonna happen.

1. We're gonna get coat of arms template. They're already pre-designed so we just need to design it up a bit more to make it ours. Like we need to add the DG name (Which is D/G, though I prefer Daddy G) and some kind of motto and some design that signifies us. We'll be provided with the sprinkly thing and some stuff to make it nice. So, we need:
a: Motto
b: Design ideas (eg, get everyone to thumbprint on the shield with the sprinkly thing)

2. We need to practice our cheers. I saw 2 cheers that are good (Abbsters and Amanda). Keep coming up with them, we'll incorporate all the good ones.

Hey Guys,

Here are some some updates for the camp.

This Sat, there is NO DARE SERVICE! So don't suddenly turn up there and call me and say "I'm here, where are u?" Instead, there'll be a camp snuggle on L6 at 10:00AM. An sms will be sent out this week from church with further details.

1. Now at the camp snuggle, we'll be given shields to decorate as our 'coat of arms'. So I need you guys to be creative in designing that shield. You can start coming up with ideas already. To give you a heads up, the theme of the camp is 'royal priesthood'. So tie that in in the designs. Kylie, I leave you in charge of that. By in charge, I don't mean Kylie does everything. What I mean is that Kylie will be in charge of getting ideas from all of you. I will provide more details later on.

2. We also need cheers. I suggest everyone starts coming up with cheers and putting them on the blog from now onwards. And I don't wanna see rubbish cheers ok? If I see any rubbish cheers, I'll delete ur blog without hesitation. Dun cry after that.

but about him saying we're going dg meeting at my house.
Firstly,

Ok, for a start, the DG message was about your purpose here. Not about how God is insanely in love with you (that actually came from the overflow, but I'm glad u guys caught it as well).

The message was about what did God put you here for? What's the purpose for your existence. The answer is in Genesis 1:26.

But the question is, then why aren't more people reigning in life? Why aren't Christians themselves reigning in life? Why aren't we reigning in life, or in certain areas of our lives?

The answer lies with belief. Do we believe that we are to reign in life? I mean, what tells u that u are supposed to reign in life? How do you know?

The word of God. The bible, my friends, are what differentiates a reigning person and one who doesn't. It simply means that people who do reign in life are people who read the word and know beyond a shadow of doubt of what their rights are. Going to the bible tells you that you are the head and not the tail. That you are above and not beneath. That God wants to restore your family and that God cares even for your appearance. The bible is your blueprint to your rights as a King/Queen. If not how would you know?

Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the___________. WORD OF GOD.
Read what the word says about your situation and realise God's truth behind it. I shared with everyone something that I learnt from Kenneth Copeland many years ago.

Circumstances are FACT.
But God's word is TRUTH.
And truth always outweighs fact.

Lets learn some cheemalogy. Your failure in exams may be a fact. But God's word is that you are the head and not the tail. And God's word outweighs that fact that you are not reigning over your studies.

There was a true story that Pastor Prince once shared and it really stuck with me. There was a very old and rich man who was dying. He was never married and he never had kids. Before he died, he gave to his servant, who took care of him, a piece of paper. The servant kept that piece of paper for many years but she never knew what was written on it cause she couldn't read.

Many years later, on her deathbed, living in a dilapidated house, her Pastor came to pray for her before she died. He saw the piece of paper that the rich man had given this servant hung up on a wall. He asked the servant if she knew what it was. She said she couldn't read, so she didn't know. That piece of paper was a will, transferring all his wealth to her, and all these years, she never lived the life he died and left her cause she couldn't read.

Sad isn't it. Its sad that we don't reign in life cause we can't read what Jesus died to give us. Its sad that we continue to live impoverished lives simply because we can't read. Cruel isn't it? You know whats worse? That we don't reign in our lives, not because we CAN'T read, but rather CHOOSE not to!

My suggestion? Start reading and start realising your rights and take back what belongs to you. Your success in studies, having good friends, a restored family, even good looks. Take back what belongs to you and start reigning in life.

Okay, so it all starts with me being a default Christian and I went to FCBC Church since I was three. Then... I think when I was about 6 or 7, I didn't go to church anymore. So I kindah lost touch with God. *paiseh look* okay. Then this year, I decided that I wanted to keep my walk with God straight so I joined back my church. But I found it very weird. Because, I dono. Hahah. Everything felt weird. So yeah. Soon I became lazy and I didn't go to church (again). Then my aunty, being a very devoted Christian, introduced my mummy to NCC. Then yeah. The first time I went there, Pastor Prince was preaching and my first impression of him was "DANG, PASTOR PRINCE IS SO DARN AWESOME." So yeah.
