When You stand, the tall trees and mountains bow
When You speak, the fiercest of oceans are still
And I see the sinner seek devotion
The lost become chosen, and I fall to my knees

Never Alone, Always Cared For
by DG Admin

1 Peter 5:7
7casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

It does not matter how tightly knit our families are or how many close friends we have. When we go through a difficult time or trial, many a time, we still feel all alone and that no one really cares or understands.

Martha knew that feeling. She had on one occasion cried out to Jesus, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone?” (Luke 10:40) Jesus’ disciples also knew what it was like to feel small, alone and in trouble. They cried out, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” when they were swept up in a terrifying storm. (Mark 4:38)

Today, maybe the cry of your heart is also, “Lord, do You not care that I am left all alone… that I am going under… that I am perishing?”

My friend, the Lord does care for you. He loves you so much that He wants you to cast all your cares upon Him — not just some but all your cares. He wants both your big and small cares. There is nothing too small or big for Him. If it is a care in your heart, He wants you to cast it upon Him.

When the apostle Peter wrote “casting all your care upon Him”, he was talking about the continuous act of casting all your cares upon the Lord. As a care comes, God wants you to cast it to Him. That is the lifestyle He wants you to adopt. Why? The verse gives us the reason — “for He cares for you”. You are casting all your cares upon the One who loves you, and who left all of heaven to come and die for you. That is who you are casting your cares to. It is not just any person, but it is the One who gave His life for you!

When you are going through a difficult time, God wants you to believe that you are never alone because He Himself has said that He will never leave you nor forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5) As the object of His care, He will take care of you for the rest of your life. You are never alone and always cared for!

20 cent coin
by DG Admin
at 12:53 AM

hi
i wanna share something very cool
that was shared during logistics briefing.
take a 20 cent coin
it's not that big isn't it.
but as you move the 20 cent coin closer and closer to your eye, it gets bigger and bigger
and you can't see anything else cos that irritating small 20 cent coin is blocking your view
now
replace that 20 cent coin with your problems.
your problems are only big if you make them big, then you start complaining

"God you see this 20 cent coin so big why you never do anything i can't see my foot on fire (etc)"

but in the midst of your complaining, take the time out to move that 20 cent coin away from your eye, and see the good God has done. You'll be amazed.

and here's a good song,

Heaven Is The Face

Chapman's five-year-old daughter, Maria Sue Chunxi Chapman, was killed in a tragic accident on May 21, 2008. Maria was accidentally hit by her brother driving a Toyota Land Cruiser pulling into the driveway of their home in Franklin, Tennessee, according to Tennessee Department of Safety spokesman Mike Browning. Maria was pronounced dead upon arrival to the hospital.

The entire family was preparing to celebrate their eldest son Caleb's graduation from high school and their daughter Emily's engagement just hours before the accident. A spokesman for the Tennessee Highway Patrol termed it "a terrible accident," and no charges were filed.

Maria, the youngest in the family, was one of three daughters whom Steven and Mary Beth had adopted from China. During the memorial service for Maria, in which Pastor Scotty Smith preached, the family expressed their faith in God and their love for each other.

In the aftermath of the tragedy, the Chapman family began to speak publicly about their loss and the role that faith played in it all. They appeared on Good Morning America, Larry King Live and in People magazine. Maria was buried in her flower-girl dress as she along with Stevie Joy was going to be a flower girl in Emily's wedding in October. Chapman's subsequent album, Beauty Will Rise focuses on this event and its aftermath.

In November of 2009 -- almost exactly 18 months after this tragic loss -- Chapman performed at a special concert at Harvest Christian Fellowship. Greg Laurie, the pastor of Harvest, suffered the loss of his own son, Christopher Laurie, just months after Chapman's loss. Steven performed several songs from "Beauty Will Rise", and took part in a live discussion between himself and Pastor Laurie. The two talked about dealing with grief and their mutual belief and hope in heaven.

true story.

What Faith Can Do
by Kylie
at 4:32 PM

I've seen dreams that move the mountains
Hope that doesnt ever end
Even when the sky is falling
I've seen miracles just happen
Silent prayers get answered
Broken hearts become brand new
Thats what faith can do
