so there are simply two types of Curved Mirrors.

Concave Mirrors - where the Surface of the mirror is curved inwards.

and
Convex Mirrors - where the surface of the mirror is curved outwards. like a sphere of the outer side of a spoon

Concave mirror – curved inward (like the inside of a spoon) causes light rays to come together or converge; the image formed by a concave mirror depends on the position of the object relative to the focal point of the mirror. If the object is farther from the mirror than the focal point, the image is upside down and smaller; if the object is closer than the focal point, the image is upright and larger.

Convex mirror – surface that curves outward, outside of a spoon; causes the light rays to spread apart or diverge; cause light waves to diverge and produce upright images smaller than the object. (used as security mirrors and outside rearview mirrors.
